It isn’t just owls that need to be fed Milky-face moose calf! Moose calves have to be fed milk until late September..as do all orphaned fawns. MILK FORMULA IS EXPENSIVE, and so is the goats milk we use after they are a month old! Other orphans don’t need as long on the bottle but they all do need milk formula to start off with. One tin of Esbilac milk formula is $14.00 So please donate if you can!
NUTRICAL is the best pick me up for a wild animal that isn’t feeling well but it is $160 for 12 tubes
Our 3rd .SYMPOSIUM: Wilderness, Wildlife and Human Interaction: CHANGING THE PARADIGM is on NOVEMBER 10, 2018 AT THE COCHRANE RANCHEHOUSE.…It would be magic if any business or individual would like to SPONSOR a SPEAKER, or contribute towards Sponsoring a Speaker
Now we have owls coming in to stay and recuperate with us we really need the food to feed them. As you all know, in order to survive owls eat meat, and need fur and/or feathers too or they can’t digest. We can buy frozen day old chicks from the hatchery at 59 cents a chick. This little Saw whet owl can eat 1 to 2 chicks per day and he isn’t the only owl we have. The others are bigger! This means we really need cash donations! PLEASE HELP US FEED THEM!
CEI Wish List
As well as feeding the wildlife that come in to us, if they are injured we have to take them to our Veterinarian (Arrowhead Veterinary Clinic) who treats them for free, and we pay for the costs of any medication they might need.
YOUR HELP IS VITAL SO WE CAN CONTINUE TO SAVE OUR ORPHANED OR INJURED WILDLIFE AND RETURN THEM TO THE WILD!
OVER THE 50 YEARS WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY BEEN DOING THIS
We also do Environmental and Wildlife research
